Artisan Biscotti For A Taste Of Italy The Biscotti Company is a bakery founded by Bruno LoGreco, a passionate baker with a family history of making biscotti from scratch. Bruno grew up with his grandmother baking biscotti using a recipe that has been passed down for over 200 years. He made a few changes to the ingredients and added some simple techniques to create a crispy, crunchy biscotti that has become a beloved treat. In 2019, Bruno started The Biscotti Company and began sharing his biscotti with the world. However, the following year brought the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which presented a new challenge for the young company. Despite the difficult circumstances, Bruno continued to bake and even donated biscotti to Stony Brook Hospital and retirement centers to bring some comfort to those hit hard by the pandemic. Today, The Biscotti Company has grown significantly and can be found in over 150 grocery stores and delis across Long Island, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
